Join Suffering the Silence for an online creative workshop that will help you gently reassess your relationship with social media. Through short guided meditations, writing exercises, and creative prompts, we’ll explore the idea of habit versus choice and what part illness plays into our digital dependencies. We’ll end with tips on how to infuse some fun into our future time – both online and off.

Our host, Jacqueline Raposo, is a New York-based journalist and the author of The Me, Without: A Year Exploring Habit, Healing, and Happiness. Co-founder of STS’ #MarchingWithMe, she has lived with chronic conditions for over two decades. She practices creative therapies and habit exploration so to infuse her days with self-compassionate energy, and in this workshop, will share resources from her book and some quirky ideas from her online community of creative friends.
