How are those New Year’s resolutions going, friends? Shocked that it’s March already and little progress has been made? Wondering why your best intentions fell short? Or feeling good about the changes you’ve made but a worried you won’t be able to sustain them much longer?
Or do you simply feel like there’s more to life than you might be experiencing and you don’t know where to start?
Join me at Barrett Bookstore Tuesday, March 19th at 7pm. I’ll share a bit about how finding myself single, sick, broke, and wandering in a personal fog of happy-enough led to the yearlong project I describe in The Me, Without. Then, how my job as a journalist helped me uncover why simply challenging and removing the habits in my life made such a huge difference in starting and sustaining positive changes in my life to this day.
Hosted by Maryann Lehmann, D.D.S. and the Barrett Bookstore, I look forward to sharing some of what I learned from neurologists, psychologists, designers, artists, and movement experts so that you might make space for your own questions, actions, and answers.
