Love Bites Radio

2015-2017 on Heritage Radio Network

Producer, Co-Host

Every week for two years, long-time friend and fellow BFA actor Ben Rosenblatt and I welcomed guests into Heritage Radio’s unique studio space in the back of Roberta’s Pizza in Bushwick, Brooklyn. There, authors, hospitality folk, psychologists, artists, CEOs, scientists, and niche-based experts of all kinds joined us. Recording live, we tackled humor-filled examinations of love in all its glorious, bewildering complexity.

But Ben and I didn’t just ask the questions. Love Bites captured the most vulnerable, confounding, and (sometimes slightly inappropriate) details of our personal dating quests, too.

We experimented with dating tips from guests. We spilled about breakups that had just happened or were just about to happen. We drank too much and swore too much and cried a little. We got very jealous when a guest professed a happily-ever-after. We dug bravely into conversations around themes of loss, the growth that comes from new beginnings. We faced the compromises and triumphs of long-term commitment, the loneliness of singledom, and much more.

Altogether, we learned with our listeners how to love bravely and generously, each and every day.
